Cornhusker Bank Headquarters

The new headquarters for Cornhusker Bank is located in Lincoln, NE. This four-story, 55,000 sq. ft. building is constructed from structural steel and composite beam floor framing. It is supported by an auger-cast pile foundation system. Lateral load resistance is provided by reinforced concrete masonry stair and elevator shafts.

  

The first-floor houses tellers, offices, a multi-lane drive-thru, and other banking services. Floors second through four are used for offices, conference and board rooms, and other banking needs. The partial basement in the building provides mechanical/electrical space, a shelter area, and a 2,500 sq. ft. gathering space for community use. The second-floor framing includes long-span transfer girders spanning over the drive-thru lanes.
